Part Number: CSD17302Q5A Hi Team,
Why is the junction capacitance of MOSFETs usually tested at f=1MHz, and how does the frequency affect the junction capacitance? The image below is taken from the D/S of csd17302q5a.

Hi team,
customer want their switching deadtime could be larger than 10nS spec,
I know it's related to MOS Qg as well, but since it's fixed.

Part Number: LM3150 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17302Q5A Dear Forum,
I have a customer who has 3 convertors on one power supply board (attached schematic) and has thermal management issues. Please see this link for the LM3150MH design that…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3150 , CSD17302Q5A HI TI E2E,
I have to design a power supply.
Vin = 12V typ , from 7V to 30V
Vou= 5V
Iout let's say 5A
I want use LM3150.
Can I use the http://www.ti.com/product/CSD17302Q5A/quality fro…
Wei Shen,
We do not currently have a PSpice model for this device. There are several other NexFET devices that are very similar that you could also use:
CSD17302Q5A, CSD17303Q5, CSD17304Q3 all have PSpice models available and are similar devices.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3150 , CSD17302Q5A Hello,
i used Webbench to create a schematic for the LM3150 DCDC-converter. (The Webbench File and the schematic are attached.) Input: 24Volt ; Output: ~7V / 1 - 10 Ampere variable
Now I got a…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3150 , LM25116 I am seeing a lot of instability on the output of the LM3150 regulator circuit on some prototype boards. I was hoping to get some help from TI in trying to debug this because I have tried a number of different…
Hello forum:
We just got our new design prototypes back in this week and are working on bringing them up and debugging any issues that we run into. We are having some power cycling issues and would like to solicit some TI assistance in debugging this…
Hello,
The UCC3806 is a dual output controller though it can be used in a flyback where only one of the outputs are used to drive the switch it might be better to choose a single output controller. Look at page 46 of the attached under General Purpose…
