Part Number: CSD17313Q2Q1 Hi Team,
I'm searching whether TI have any part can replace CSD17313Q2Q1.
or any qualified to AEC-Q101 in TI MOSFETs lineup?
Can you help to comment in this? Thanks for your support!
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17313Q2 These two parts look identical. Is the only difference between them that CSD17313Q2Q1 is automotive qualified, and CSD17313Q2 is not? Is one of these parts a better choice for new designs than the other?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2410 , LM5010 Hi TI,
We are planning on using the part CSD17313Q2Q1 in one of our upcoming designs.
Given below are the tentative design details:
Planned Scheme: Active OR-ing (i.e. tying the Drains of both N-FETs together…
Hi Daniel,
I can send you the circuit but the schematic is ITAR so let's work that offline. I can send you layout too. However, it is identical to Figure 34 (DDR3, 400-kHz Application Circuit, Tracking Discharge) of the TPS51216-EP datasheet with the…
In TI nomenclature, Q1 usually denotes automotive. Thus the only automotive qualified FET we have is the CSD17313Q2Q1.
Unfortunately, there are no current plans for other automotive MOSFETs.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5050-1 Hi TI, We are planning to use the part LM5050MK-1/NOPB in one of our upcoming applications. We are planning to use it in an Active OR-ing scheme. We are planning to use the scheme shown in Figure 25 OR-ing with MOSFETs…
Scott,
We do currently have one FET that is automotive qualified - the CSD17313Q2Q1.
We will be following TI notation for our roadmap automotive products. That is to say they will always have a "Q1" after the title. Many of our NexFETs already use "Q…
