Part Number: CSD17551Q3A Hi Support Team.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet". However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data)…
Hi, Susan,
There are a variety of FETs working with BQ25703a. Generally speaking, any FET with 10mohm Rdson range, or CISS<5000pF should be a good choice. You can start with BQ25703AEVM choice-CSD17551Q3A as a starting point.

Part Number: BQ25731 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17551Q3A , CSD17579Q3A , CSD17578Q3A We're looking to update FETs to reduce thermals and power consumption on board. Are there any concerns with changing from the CSD17551Q3A to the CSD17579Q3A…
Part Number: CSD17551Q3A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25703 , CSD87334Q3D , CSD87333Q3D Hi Sir
May we know which MOS part more smaller package and also suit use in BQ25703 TIDA-01627 reference design application?

Part Number: CSD17551Q3A I found the spice parameters by simply searching "CSD17551Q3A spice parameters." I need to import the model into LT Spice though. How can I do this?
Part Number: TPS51225C Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17578Q3A , CSD17551Q3A , Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Hi,
I ran webench for TPS51225C (default settings) and the recommended 5V and 3.3V outputs high side mosfet is CSD17551Q3A. However,…
Part Number: BQ25708 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17551Q3A , CSD25402Q3A Hi All,
We have used the BQ25708 battery management IC in one of the project. The input to VBUS is from 12V to 24V DC & VSYS is supplied to the entire system including the Host…
Hi Kazuto,
We recommend using switching FETs with low Ciss as well. For example, the CSD17551Q3A FETs that are used on the EVM have a typical Ciss of 1050 pF. If the Ciss is large, then the switching FETs will have slower turn on/turn off times, which…
Hi Tony,
Higher Ciss and Qg generally causes slower turn-on time and increased switching losses. I think the CSD87588N's Ciss and Qg specs are close enough to the CSD17551Q3A FETs (used on the EVM) that they should not cause problems, but you will need…
