Hi Jon,
The CSD18512Q5B should work with the LM25148-Q1.
The lower RDSON should actually result in better* efficiency.
You can use WEBENCH or the LM5148-LM25148DESIGN-CALC.
For any MOSFET you definitely need to make sure the threshold voltage VGS(th)…
Dear Eric
Thank you for your reply. and i tested several cases.
When I removed MOSFET M1, M2 and Inductor, VCC is all Ok .

Part Number: BQ24650 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18512Q5B Hi TI Team,
We are using BQ24650 to charge LiFePo4 battery with 24V, 8A solar panel and programmed output of charge controller is 14 V with fast charge current of 20A. In one PCB BQ24650…
Hi Ravid,
I used the online FET loss calculator and input your design requirements. With the CSD17573Q5B for both low side and high side, the estimated dissipation in the high side is around 4.5W (no wonder it gets hot!) and low side is about 0.5W. I…
Part Number: LM5176EVM-HP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18512Q5B , LM5176 , LM5175 Hi Team,
I have project application 2WD EV system and I plan use LM5176 with CSD18512Q5B design our power train.
Input range from 24VDC to 33VDC. Output demand 24VDC…
Domenico,
One more thing I would point out, both of these devices have newer "replacement devices." The CSD18509Q5B has a better lower resistance device, the CSD18510Q5B (typical 0.79mOhm Rdson) that is going to RTM this week, which is basically the…
Part Number: CSD17312Q5 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17510Q5A , CSD18510Q5B , CSD18512Q5B I made a synchronous rectification circuit by CSD17510Q5A(high side) and CSD17312Q5(low side) with 24Vin. Its switching frequency is 500kHz. There are measurable…
Please have a look at fet options in same package as EVM so it is easy to change. I will click TI thinks resolved and once you have the board and if you still have issues please contact.
