    Hi Aki, Thanks again for your inquiry. I would recommend CSD18512Q5B to replace PSMN1R8-40YLC. The on resistance at VGS = 4.5V is slightly higher, 2.3mOhm vs. 2.1mOhm max but is lower at VGS = 10V, 1.6mOhm vs. 1.8mOhm max.
