And i have a new suggestion: Could the dead-time of the pwm-Module be a problem? default this deat time is set to 1 cpu cycle (11ns) what maches to turn on and turn offf delays of 5ns of the CSD18533Q5A But the FET i am using has a turn on delay of 15ns…

Jenny, Could you send the schematic over? Or describe how the FET is being used in the application? If it is low frequency and just acting as a load switch, it is possible that you just need to use a lower resistance FET. In order of highest to lowest…

Hi Shashank, You can use many different FETs with the DRV8301. The CSD18533Q5A are used on the booster pack because they fit the design parameters of the system (24V, 14A peak).

Hi Mr. Brett Barr, I have an application where I am running current through copper coils to create a magnetic field and I thus need high power and current - I'd like to have 60V, and 4Amp for the max values. I need a H-bridge to change the direction of…

Hi Yamaguchi-san, Sorry for my misunderstanding. TI has many MOSFET package options including 2x2mm, 3x3mm & 5x6 SON and D2PAK. that can dissipate greater power than the Toshiba device. I did a search for FETs in these packages rated 30V to 60V and 10mOhm…
