Part Number: CSD18534KCS Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL494 , CSD18511KCS Tool/software: I am trying to use csd18534kcs with lm25122 for boost converter. And aslo with Tl494 for pushpull dcdc converter. The problem is when i solder the mosfets it…
Logan,
The models are encrypted to protect the IP, but that should not interfere with opening of the file or running of the simulation. What do you need the unencrypted model for?
Part Number: CSD18534KCS I have download spice models from your website under "ti_pspice_models" (ORCAD compatible)
I could not find any other models, I have tried the ones listed in your website
hspice, tina, ...etc
do you have another spice models…
Anthony,
Thanks for considering our devices.
You are correct, the models on the web do not work with LTSpice.
We may well have a solution, this would be to use an unencrypted model, this is not something we put on the TI website for proprietary reasons…
Hi Marius,
I haven't heard back from you in a bit. I know the suggestion I made did not completely resolve your issue, but without seeing some more waveforms and getting some guidance from you, I don't think there is much further we can take this on…
Just wondering if you could post an unencrypted model for those of us needing to adjust some of the model parameters; e.g. for Monte-Carlo simulations.
Thanks!
Roger Dixon

Hi EricLee,
Okay will change these components and will update you.
The reason I'm using two BOOT capacitors is that I'm working with a different MOSFET (csd18534kcs) part and package that has a gate charge of 19nC to 24nC, which requires a 62nF to…
Ali,
Thanks for asking the question.
First I would like to point out that TI also has 60V MOSFETs, see table here, www.ti.com/.../products.html
As for your question with regards to the circuit about, the reason you are seeing 12V is because the…
