    Shreenidhi, The closest device we have to this part would be the CSD19503KCS. In terms of resistance, the two parts are very comparable.

    Shai, The closest cross we have to the ON Semi device is the CSD19503KCS. However, if they want something that is better performance with resistance, as you indicate, in the 5mOhm range (the On Semi is 10mOhm max), we could try either the CSD19501KCS...

    TPC43060

    We have designed a board with a TPS43060 to convert 24VDC in to 50VDC @6A out. The part was unstable until we increased the gate resistors above 82 ohms. The FETS are both TI CSD19503KCS types that have a gate charge (Qg) of about 24nC at Vgs=8volts....
