Thanks for the inquiry. The IPD60N10S4L-12 is in a TO-252 (DPAK) package. TI does not make any FETs in this package. Some alternatives to consider:

Here a pic to the CSD19533KCS working with no load at 200Khz. I have 10A driver close to the gate and almost no ring. Could you say why the mosfet is so lossy ?

Unfortunately, we do have any higher voltage MOSFETs at this time. The highest voltage P-Channel MOSFET we have currently is -25V. If you require 100V N-Channel MOSFETs, I suggest you look here.
