Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS Hello,
i want to use the mosfet CSD19536KCS for a motor system. When i read the datasheet i find some questions.
Figure 7: if Tc=125°C, Id=100A, then Rds(on)=4mohm
Now Vds=100A*4mohm=0.4V
Figrure 10 (SOA…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS Hi,
Does TI support pre-bending of CSD19536KCS Mosfet leads. If yes, what is the cost for that activity considering annual qty of 40,000 pcs.
Thanks,
Kannan
Hi,
I would need longer leads for my application for this particular MOSFET. Currently the length is 12.7mm-14.73mm; however, we need 16.7mm-18.73mm. Is it possible?
If yes, then how much would it cost for 360,000 units per annum?
Regards,
Govinda
Part Number: UCC27282 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS
Hello team,
I am writing because I am doing in design of an inverter with the UCC27282 and the CSD19536KCS.
The circuit works fine up to 24Vdc, but, when I try to bring the supply voltage…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS Hi,
My customer has question about CSD19536KCS. Could you tell me about questoin?
[Question] Is there Rds(on) Temp Coefficient of CSD19536KCS? My customer want to calculate Rds(on) by each Temp.
Best Regards, t…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS Hello,
I am triying to biuld a circuit with Next MOSFET CSD19536KCS.
I have successfully done with two MOSFETs.
But when i simulate with more MOSFETs (6 MOSFETs in parallel) i am getting convergence error. Please…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19536KCS The TI FET part number CSD19536KCS says it can process 150A, how is this possible? When 0 gauge wire is usually required to withstand such high amperage, how is it that those tiny pins do? Is it the type of…
Part Number: UCC24624 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28951 , UCC2895 , CSD19536KCS , Good morning,
I am designing a 1.5kW phase shift bridge converter with a variable output voltage between 5V and 45V.
My intention is to use the UCC2895 for this. (Note…
Hi Peter, The CSD19536KCS MOSFET has a leaded package which adds significant inductance to the gate driver and motor current paths. We recommend using surface mount package MOSFETs, not leaded MOSFETs to reduce parasitic inductance and allow for more robust…
