Part Number: CSD23202W10 Hi, Do you have a correct 3D model for the CSD23202W10 transistor? The one you refer to in Ultra Librarian is 1.6 x 1.6mm in size. However, your datasheets claims the component is 1 x 1 mm.

Part Number: CSD23202W10 Hello, I am trying to construct a spice simulation in TINA that uses the CSD23202. But when I pull the TI spice model off the product page it is encrypted and wil not load as a macro model in TINA. Is there a way to make an…

hi Raghu, Yes, the battery is connected to the drain and the load is connected to the source of the FET. Initially, current flows thru the body diode of the FET, charging the source node. The gate of the FET is pulled to GND (VGS = 0V - Vsource) and…

Hi Ellis, Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I did a search and the CSD23202W10 has the lowest typical VGS(th) = -0.6V. TI tests and specifies threshold voltage at ID = -250uA & T = 25C. Keep in mind, the datasheet limits are -0.4V to -0.9V and that…
