Hello Bogey, Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFET products. I would recommend the CSD87333Q3D or CSD87334Q3D half bridge power blocks in 3x3 QFN. Both devices are designed for high duty cycle operation and use the same high side and low side FETs. The…

Hi Vincent, Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. Below is a list of all parts in the Q3D (3.3 x 3.3mm SON) package and the HBM pass voltage. The CSD87333Q3D and CSD87334Q3D include ESD protection diodes and have a much higher HBM pass voltage…

Hi Scott, A couple of other options for symmetric FETs: CSD87334Q3D (3.3 x 3.3mm QFN, 30VDS, 10VGS) and CSD87353Q5D (5x6mm QFN, 30VDS and 10VGS). As with the other option, you will need to drive the gate with 8V or less.

    1. The FET selection is depended on your solution power level. You can use CSD87334Q3D as example to check your solution. 2. Yes. The synchronous Buck Power Block can use for boost converter (Q3 and Q4). 3. Please contact NexFET group support for latest…

Hi Ali, Thanks for the questions. I believe you may exceed the CSD87381P Vgs abs max rating (10V) driving it with the DRV83053. Please review the gate driver specs in the Electrical Characteristics on pages 7 & 8 of the DRV datasheet. Depending on PVDD…

Robert, This sounds like a great application for power block! Power block datasheets are written more from a system level solution, as opposed to discreet FETs , so it just depends on your input conditions and how much power loss you are willing to accept…
