Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD87353Q5D , CSD86350Q5D We'd like to simulate our DC-DC converter design with TI NexFET spice models for CSD87353Q5D, CSD86350Q5D in LTspice.
As you already know, TI's PSpice model for those components are encrypted models…

Hello Maynard,
please find below the feedback to your customer.
Minimum turn-on time
I've looked at the IGBT data sheet of the DIM250XCM65-TS000. In that date sheet the turn-on delay time (900ns), turn-off delay time (3.6us), fall time (450ns) and…
Hi Scott,
A couple of other options for symmetric FETs: CSD87334Q3D (3.3 x 3.3mm QFN, 30VDS, 10VGS) and CSD87353Q5D (5x6mm QFN, 30VDS and 10VGS). As with the other option, you will need to drive the gate with 8V or less.
Hello,
This is Akshay from Flex India.
We are currently working with one of our manufacturing plant to collect ESD(Electrostatic discharge) information.
The list for the required part no is attached.
Please help to provide the details ESD..xlsx .

Hi, thank you for the suggestions and pointer to the tool. The tool picked the CSD87353Q5D as you suggested above. It worked really well. I was quite happy. The only thing I would suggest is some way to get some kind of print out when the final decision…
So I found the design tool for the LM27403 which you can manually input the specs of CSD87353Q5D Efficiency is about the same but save lots of space so I think I will go this route. Now issue is choosing right inductor. Specs for LM27403 + CSD87353Q5D …
