Part Number: CSD95490Q5MC If seen from typical application circuits in TI multi-phase controller, EN pin sometimes come from 3.3V(from controller internal LDO output,V3R3), sometimes come from 5V(CSD95490 power supply itself).
I'm really confused, is…

Part Number: CSD95490Q5MC I am using the CSD95490Q5MC as a smart controller for a buck circuit in a larger power supply. i am trying to obtain useful information from the IOUT pin and am running into issues. my company has access to the full data sheet…
Hi Yi,
You are correct, 3.3V should be provided before 5V if external REFIN voltage is supplied from 3.3V.
The normal power up sequence should be: 3.3V -> 5V -> PS_EN -> 12V -> VR-EN.
Best,
Qingquan
