    Hi Kevin, You can check CSD97394Q4M, CSD97395Q4M, CSD97376Q4M, CSD97374Q4M, but please note that those device has lower current rating than CSD97396Q4M. CSD95377Q4M should be compatible but with 20V rated FET.
