Part Number: CSD97395Q4M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD Hello, Would it have any problem to use for brushed motor, being a motor wire connected on the positive side of the source? Would there be minimum and maximum duty cicle limits in this configuration…
Part Number: CSD97395Q4M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS53626 Hi Team,
When testing CSD97395/CSD95373, our customer found that the SW node undershoot less than -0.3V is longer than 10ns, please refer to the waveform below.(They use TPS53626+CSD97395…

The customer is currently considering the CSD97395Q4M, but has been asked if similar performance can be achieved using two FETs and a driver…
Hi ti team,
Short the current sensor and provide PWM and GND two line to CSD97395Q4M,The problem remains the same.
If add PWM pull down 10K resistor, The problem is solved
So, Could you pls help check if have other problems for PWM Pin add Pull…
Part Number: CSD97395Q4M
Hello, we are using more than one of this ICs in our design and need to know how the timing is differing between them.
- Jitter Values - Temperatur dependencies
In the Datasheet, I do not find any information about this.
Thanks…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD97395Q4M Hi Sir,
Actually, our main usage is for 24V +/- 10% which means 26.4V could be the maximum input consideration, which beyond the rating of 24V now.
May I know CSD97395Q4M can suitable our application? please…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD97395Q4M I've been trying to use the csd97395q4m module, but i couldn´t do that because the package is really hard to solder to the pcb... What other component can i use that have similar specifications but with DIP…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD97395Q4M Hi!
I'm about to solder the csd97395q4m on the PCB, but the solder curve is not available on the datasheet. Where can i find that curve?
How should I size a supply for the Vdd rail? What is the expected current and transients? The datasheet states Idd during operation is 8.5mA (nominal) which seems low.
