The REFin terminal voltage changes from 4.6V to 4.8V. Do you have any reason?
However, when I switch renew device, it worked normally(5V stable).

The device max recommended Tambient is 105C. The weak corner IBIS Tjunction is 125C. We use a higher Tj for the IBIS model to allow for die heating above Ta.
