Part Number: DAC102S085 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC53002 Tool/software: Hi TIer
Currently my customer have a opportunity to replace ADI AD5338 use TI chip. Customers want to use this DAC in handheld portable devices, so there are space and…
Part Number: DAC102S085 Hello team,
I could not find offset error for this device from the datasheet. Is there any offset error data?
Also this device can output 0V to VA, because of rail to rail amp. But at very close to 0V, there might be distortion…
Part Number: DAC102S085 HI,
We have an existing issue with one of your DAC's in our design. Here is how it goes:
DESIGN:
C48 - Changed to 1uF.
C31, C42 - Changed to 1500pF
ISSUE:
J72, J73, J62, J51, J50 - Shunt Jumpers…
Part Number: DAC102S085 The data sheet only lists theta ja. Are there any further thermal specifications available for this part?
Thanks for your help with this!

Part Number: DAC102S085 Hi team.
The REFin terminal voltage changes from 4.6V to 4.8V. Do you have any reason?
However, when I switch renew device, it worked normally(5V stable).
SIncerely.
Kengo.
Hi Jade,
The device max recommended Tambient is 105C. The weak corner IBIS Tjunction is 125C. We use a higher Tj for the IBIS model to allow for die heating above Ta.
In general, the difference is circuit performance and leakage between 105C and 125C…
Part Number: DAC102S085 Hi Team,
Does DAC102S085 require pull-up/down resistor for DIN, SYNCB and SCLK? I didn't see any external pull-up/down resistor in EVM schematic. Internal pull-up/down resistor already include? Or no issue with direct connect…
Hi Shyam,
Regarding your first question, it seems to be a component soldering issue to me. You can try re-soldering the LDO and check. Also, please change C48 to 1uF as recommended in datasheet. Normally, there might be a dry solder somewhere that…
