Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681 , DAC5681EVM , CDCM7005 , DAC5682Z Hi all,
My TSW3100 board was working but it does not work now and I notice:
The LED D11 connected to CONGFIG_DONE (pin J25) of U14I (EP2S90F1020) is very dim, poorly lit. 1) How…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681 Hello,
The DAC5681(z) datasheet describes the "SYNC" input as being dual-use:
it must be '1' to enable DAC output. A zero on that input is stored in the internal FIFO along with the data and the DAC output…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681EVM , DAC5681 Hi All,
As I look more closely to the board, I notice that R122 and R123 are not loaded, so this clock does not go to DCLKP/N (pin 25,26).
It has CLOCK = (DACCLOCK)/2. My question is : where does it…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681 I have two questions relative to DAC5681.
a) Output compliance range is specified to AVDD +/-0.5 V and datasheet reports that exceeding the range may produce transistor breakdown and reduce device reliability.…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681Z In the datasheet for the DAC5681Z, there is a note for power sequencing. This note recommends that the 1.8V rails come on simultaneously and that the 3.3V rails do the same afterwards. In my application, it will…
Hi Luigi,
I suggest you that install windows xp on a virtual machine in virtualbox or simmilars (vmware, but you need license). I'm working with it on my laptop (macbook pro) and it works really good.

Part Number: DAC38RF84 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC5681
Hello, Can you provide a spur calculator spreadsheet for the DAC38RF84? I found a posting for a calculator for the DAC5681 (below), but it is missing a lot of features of the RF sampling…
The DAC5681 is real interface only. The diagram referenced above represents the I/Q in the FPGA or ASIC that will complete the DUC operation before sending the data to the DAC.

Shantanu,
I think you best bet would be to use the DAC5681 device. The DAC5681EVM does not have an FMC connector, but TI sells a HSMC-to-FMC adapter that would allow the DAC board to be used with a FMC connector. Before purchasing these though, I would…
Part Number: DAC5672 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , DAC5681 Hello support team,
I want to know the maximum junction temperature (Tjmax) of DAC5672. It is not seen in the datasheet. I'd appreciate your informing me.
Best regards, M. Tachibana
