The TSW1400 User's Guide indicates that it can simultaneously capture up to 8 single ended channels worth of data to memory. The channel data can be displayed in single or two channel mode. See the attached User's Guide.

I do not know much about the AFE5818, but no ADC is perfect and every capture will be slightly different due to the lower bits of the ADC toggling.
