Using the DAC Selection Tool: www.ti.com/product/DAC8163/compare#p1021=1;1&p596=2;10 , the only >3MSPS HiTemp DAC I see is the DAC7811 http://www.ti.com/product/dac7811 , but it is 12-bits and 125C.
