It sounds like the DEVM EDID is programmed for the DLP670S rather than the DLP500YX.
Please look in the GUI to make sure that the FW is programmed to the DLP500YX. It will show on the DMD radio buttons.

It looks like wrong firmware is loaded.
I see firmware tag as "dlp670s". But the DMD used is DLP500YX.
Please follow below procedure to update correct firmware for DLP500YX DMD.
