Would it be possible to use 2.2k pull-up resistor instead?

Hi Rob, Thank you for your confirmation. My customer is looking for PHY with automotive grade, so DP83848Q would be the suggestion for them. (It seems DP83848LFQ(wettable frank) is still in PREVIEW.) Since DP83848Q is QFN40, so I would suggest DP83848 H -MAU…
