Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV602 , DRV603 Turn-on and turn-off times for DRV602 and DRV603 are nominally 1mS and 300uS. They vary with the charge pump oscillator frequency, +/-50%. They are independent of decoupling and charge pump capacitor values…
Part Number: DRV632 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV603 Hi,
DRV632 is a line driver according to datasheet, what is line driver? because it has a charge pump inside? And what is the difference between OPA and line driver?
Thanks.
Best regards

Hello Ivan-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately we're not able so far to locate the source of this data.
⇒i understand it.

Hi Kiran,
You can select one of our Line Drivers based on your application requirements.
If you need single-ended input and differential output, you can consider DRV134/DRV135. If you need differential input and single-ended output, you can consider DRV603…
Hi Anand,
DRV602 and DRV603 are differential input, single-ended output line drivers, these two devices can drive 3Vrms. These are very similar devices, DRV603 have UVP feature.
DRV134 and DRV135 are single-ended input, differential output line drivers…

With regards to the DRV603/604 line drivers, if I choose not to use the UVP function, should i leave the pin floating, connect it to PVDD, or...?
Thanks!
Hi Wayne,
You can use DRV603 TINA model.
The difference is that DRV603 has UVP function but you can use this model and not use the UVP function in order to simulate DRV602.
