Hi Jenson,
Jenson said: 1.Customers are conducting reliability tests on DRV8251. They increase the VM to about 52V and find that the chip can still work normally. Customer wants to know how our 50V absolute maximum is tested.
The 50V specification is the…
Part Number: DRV8251EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8251 Dear support,
i´ve got a question about the DRV8251EVM.
When the dc motor is running (foreward or backward) and i switch to break or coast, the supply voltage (yellow) is drifting…

Part Number: DRV8231 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8251 Hi team,
For DRV8231 or DRV8251, do we need to add TVS diode or freewheeling diode on OUT pin?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8251 , DRV8231 Hi team,
My customer is looking for a relay driver IC with 800mA, and they have a PN (KY8023), do we have similar device to recommend?
Thanks!
Jayden
Unfortunately, this is the only driver capable of PEAK and HOLD current regulation. If you will keep the HOLD and PEAK currents at the same level, I recommend the DRV8212 or DRV8251 as a replacement.

Hi,
In the datasheet it only specifies that it can drive a BDC motor through one channel. Can this chip be used to drive a single BDC via Parallel…
Part Number: DRV8251AEVM Dear Team,
My customer is evaluating the DRV8251AEVM, and wants to know the thickness of the copper foil of the DRV8251AEVM. I checked the DRV8251_DRV8251AEVM Hardware Files , but I did not understand that.
Could you let me know…
