Part Number: DRV8256 Team,
Customer would like to understand better the DRV8256 specific tests that relates to the our "reliability testing" TI.COM page: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-testing.html https://www.ti.com…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hi team,
Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
The DRV8256P is used to drive a 24-V DC motor with a maximum current of 2A, the chip's IN1 uses a PWM signal, 50 kHz, and in2 is normally low. Itrip is set to 2.5A…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hello We are using DRV8256E to drive one of the valve (uses DC Motor). There are 4 such valves in system, all of them driven by above HBridge
Interestingly the valves that are away (physically) from HBridge circuit operate without issues…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hi,
Good Day.
The customer would like to ask a general question about the applications of DRV8256 Motor Driver or other parts of this series.
Have you evaluated the possibility to use a driver not to drive a motor winding but to drive…
Part Number: DRV8256 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , DRV8424 Hello, The datasheet mentions that 3.3V logic levels are supported but I don't see any mention of how to support those logic levels. The datasheet says the Vih ranges from 1.5V to 5.5V so…
Part Number: DRV8256 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8871 I am replacing the DRV8871 with the DRV8256P to drive a DC motor. The DRV8871 uses a slow decay current regulation method: I would like to continue using the slow decay method on the DRV88256P…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hi,
Due to unavailability of DRV8256E, I am now using DRV8256P in my circuit. The later accepts PWM at its inputs. My question is, can I still give high and low (non-PWM) inputs to the IC? The goal here is to turn the motor for 2…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hello Team,
My customer wanted to get more details on the various decay modes and what they mean for current regulations. There are multiple mixed decay options but some are 30% and others are 60%? what does the fast percentage mean…
Part Number: DRV8256 Hi, Support Team
We study DRV8256 spec, and we see the DRV8256E/P it`s same package but pin defined is different.
Could share co-layout document to us.
if any, Please advise me.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Lawrence
Part Number: DRV8256 Hello E2E,
Does ΔItrip accuracy get affect with Vm voltage? In the datasheet, that parameter is tested that condition Vm=24V. Our customer will use the DRV8256 with Vm=4.5V~6.5V.
