Part Number: DRV8305 Hi,
I am working on a prototype of a driver for BLDC motors that employs a controller for BLDC motors using a DRV8305NPHPR gate driver. I have soldered a couple of complete boards. On one of them, everything works perfectly, while…
Part Number: DRV8305-Q1EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28027F Customer would like to use similar design as DRV8305-Q1EVM did for their water pump design, with sensorless control scheme. They wanted to remove BEMF sensing circuits. However, if…
Part Number: DRV8305-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV3245Q-Q1 Hi,
We need functional safety data FIT rate etc. for DRV8305-Q1 gate driver.
Can anyone provide.
Our application is ASIL B, BLDC motor controller.

Part Number: DRV8305 I use two DRV8305NPHPRs on my custom pcb for two BLDC motors.
I tested radiated emissions about the pcb.
Then I found peak emissions around 120MHz.
The source of peak emissions are most likely caused by DRV8305 internal clock.
Adam S said: So should I add additional OpAmp buffer between CSA output and ADC input?
Not necessary since there are three embedded PGA on DRV8305 which can be connected to the ADC pin of C200. You may just just need to add a RC filter between the output…
Part Number: DRV8305 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MOTORWARE Hi Team,
The customer uses the F28069M+Drv8305 scheme for the control of the brushless DC motor. During control, the nFault pin of the Drv8305 is asserted low. Based on the datasheet, the…
