Part Number: DRV8307EVM Hi, I tested the demo board DRV8307EVM with a brushless motor (it's a wheel of a standard hoverboard, three-phase with single-ended Hall sensors, 5V supply, without reverse polarity). I've find that when the motor reach the constant…

This is our Main Board running a DRV8307….. Below is yellow, blue, red are the three phases (line to return) and the green is one phase current.
This is TI’s EVM Board running…
Using the DRV8307EVM drive motor (BLWR132S-24V-4000), the motor will be very hot in a few minutes. But we use the motor company's EVM board (MDC050-050051 series), the motor has no more temperature.
According to the motor speed, the current of the DRV8307EVM…
Part Number: DRV8307EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8307 , Hi,
I am driving a 3-phase bldc motor with drv8307evm board. When i change the pwm duty cycle, there exists a voltage noise on 24V DC input voltage. How can i terminate it? By the way…
Part Number: DRV8307EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8307 , , DRV8306 Hi team, We have a customer looking for a brushless DC motor (BLDC) drive board to control the actuator in an EGR valve module onboard their tested engine. The actuator is a…
Part Number: DRV8307EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8307 Hi I have got motor from port-escape 'C-161003-24C' today and Made connection (default connection) As per user guide of DRV8307. unable to run motor has single endded hall feedback HX- of…

Hi,
I have a motor overheating problem when using DRV8307EVM board. I am using a 24V blower motor and i obtain correct output pressure values wrt currents according to datasheet. But temperature values are out of range. According…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8307EVM , DRV8307 , DRV10983 , DRV10975 , DRV8312 , DRV8301 , DRV8313 I just received the DRV8307EVM board and connected it to the power supply. The D3 LED flashes every 2~3 seconds. Connected U V W to a BLDC motor…
Hi Adesh,
Thank you for the scope shots.
I used the DRV8307EVM on my bench, and I was able to see duty cycles down to around 4%. This was controlled by a PWM generator on the board which stopped at that duty cycle. The frequency was 30 kHz. The…
Siddharth,
I didn't find DRV8307 in this solution. BTW, MSP430G2553 was also used on DRV8307EVM. You may post a new post to "MCU-MSP" forum to see if they have MSP430G2553 launch pad or get what you want.
