Hi Lian,
Based on your system requirements, we do not have a device which integrates a sensored motor control algorithm (which w) and align breaking. The DRV8316C can support both sensored and sensorless algorithms since it requires that the algorithm…
Hey Martin,
Just wondering have you considered our integrated MOSFET drivers for this application. Low power applications like this would be ideal time to use our integrated MOSFET drivers such as DRV8316C.

At the moment, this drvie has no UVW output control signal. The Power signal VCC13P and inputs UVW waveform are within the spec. Please have a look at our circuit and feel free to give…
Hi David,
The DRV8316(T) device is actually an older model and is no longer the most optimal, to the best of my knowledge.
Instead, we now recommend the DRV8316C(T) variant which improves upon the accuracy of the imbedded CSAs.

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately, it would need to be 3xPWMs unless the GPIO signals from the MCU were acting as PWM inputs to the driver. Our DRV8316C cannot act in the 1x PWM mode that is featured in the MCT8316Z in your diagram and the figure below:
The MCT8316Z…
