Part Number: DRV8316C Hi team,
Below waveform in datasheet shows a 2us delay between INx and SOx, with 200V/us slew rate, it is much longer than parameter giver by datasheet.
Could you please let me know the reason?
Also, I can see some pulse noise in…

Have a nice day!
I have one question about MCF8316C-Q1.
What is the current accuracy of ISENA, ISENB and ISENC?

Hi Andrew,
Andrew Wode said: Firstly - props to you all here for the outstanding contributions you make; the community is a real treasure-trove that is absolutely invaluable. Thanks in advance for your responses (AI helps, but for some things, only expert…
Good morning,
We would like to open and close a window with a motor controller for a BLDC motor. There is a risk that a person will put their hand in the closing window. This can be monitored with a sensor; in the event of jamming, the sensor switches,…
Hey David,
Have you taken a look at our DRV8316C? It has:
• 4.5-V to 35-V operating voltage (40-V abs max)
• High output current capability: 8-A Peak
• Low MOSFET on-state resistance – 95-mΩ RDS(ON) (HS + LS) at TA = 25°C…
Hi Lian,
Based on your system requirements, we do not have a device which integrates a sensored motor control algorithm (which w) and align breaking. The DRV8316C can support both sensored and sensorless algorithms since it requires that the algorithm…
Hey Martin,
Just wondering have you considered our integrated MOSFET drivers for this application. Low power applications like this would be ideal time to use our integrated MOSFET drivers such as DRV8316C.

At the moment, this drvie has no UVW output control signal. The Power signal VCC13P and inputs UVW waveform are within the spec. Please have a look at our circuit and feel free to give…
Hi David,
The DRV8316(T) device is actually an older model and is no longer the most optimal, to the best of my knowledge.
Instead, we now recommend the DRV8316C(T) variant which improves upon the accuracy of the imbedded CSAs.
Best Regards,
