Part Number: DRV8332 Hello,
What happens if one phase exceeds the overcurrent limit? Does it just limit the current for that phase? Does it disable that phase and trip a fault signal? What is the recovery process if that happens?
Thanks!
Hi MJ,

Hi MJ,
The DRV8312-69M-KIT and DRV8312-C2-KIT have been discontinued.
Unfortunately this means that you will have to design your own PCB in order to evaluate the DRV8332.
We do have more recently released integrated-FET products which do have EVMs available…

Part Number: DRV8332 Hello guys,
One of my customers is considering using DRV8332DKD for their next products.
At this moment, they have the following question. Could you give me your reply for them?
Q. Can DRV8332DKD be soldered to PCB by wave soldering…
Hi Higa-san,
I did not see any concerns with the DRV8332 schematic you shared above. I would still like confirmation that the external CSA is measuring phase currents (i.e. OUTA current = Ch. A GND current thru CSA).
I will look forward to the customer…
