    DRV8353

    • Resolved
I was originally too embarrassed to ask this on a forum but have decided to do so anyway. I have considerable experience in technology but not enough that I do not need to ask you this question: What exactly does TI do? I know you from the 60's as a maker of calculators and IC chips. Today, my interests...

RE: CCS/DRV8353: Dose this driver support the MOSFET IPT015N10N5?

Hello C hen, Thanks for posting on the Motor Drivers Forum! The Vth, VGS max, and VDS break down are all within similar specs to our device. The 40kHz PWM is below our max 200kHz spec. So, yes it will work. Doing the calculation for IDRIVE, I'd...

RE: DRV8353: DRV8353H : High Side Mosfet pins are damaged

Yash, Sorry for the delay here, was this resolved? We do not recommend 100% duty cycle from start up with no ramp, even a small ramp would help to prevent damage. Regards, -Adam
