Part Number: DRV8353M Hello, I have just seen the DRV8353M and found no other difference from the DRV8353RS than the price. I would be interested in the difference. Thank you so much!

Is DRV8353 family supported by INSTASPIN-BLDC ?
Hi Yesaiahu,
Since we do not know the system-level requirements, we suggest looking at the DRV8350F and DRV835xM devices ( DRV8353M for example ) and checking if they meet the system-level requirements. The DRV835xM devices offer an extended temperature range…

Hi Martina, We recommend the DRV835x (DRV8350, DRV8353, DRV8353M, DRV8353F) or the DRV8300 for 48-60V nominal applications. Please check DRV8300 availability. DRV832x is not a good candidate. Thanks, Aaron
Hello Furkan,
My best recommendation would be to take a look at the DRV8353M, which does have extended temp range down to -55C to support avionics applications. There is also UC2625-EP which has similar extended ratings for avionics.

Hi Isaac,
Thanks so much for your response. That has clarified the use case of x1 PWM - I think I was misled by Fig 13-3 in DRV8353M 100-V Three-Phase Smart Gate Driver datasheet (ti.com) as it led me to believe the MCU could use FOC to drive the appropriate…
