Part Number: DRV8461 Hi Dear,
Referring to the evaluation board of DRV8461, it is necessary to monitor the AOUT1/AOUT2/BOUT1/BOUT2/VM voltage, which requires 5 ADC interfaces. as shown in the following figure.
However, the built-in ADC peripheral resources…
Hello,
There is no simple answer here as there are more factors to consider in the system such as load in the system. Technically, there are not limitations on the driver as long as the desired speed can be achieved and torque delivered.
We try to take…

Hi Zenab,
The DRV8462 comes in DDW-44 and DDV-44 packages only. The DRV8461 has an HTSSOP-28 which also would be a drop-in pin-2-pin with the DRV8434 with up to 65V operating supply voltage range. This is not released yet.
You mentioned " now this…
Hi Andrew,
This part has been pulled from the web as it is not a part recommended for new designs. The DRV8462 (thermal pad on the bottom of IC) and DRV8461 (thermal pad on top of IC) can be used as a replacement depending on the current requirements…
