Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8823-Q1 , DRV8823EVM , SN74LVC1G34 My design consists of several DRV8823-Q1 chips driven by QSPI over more than one command event.
There could be 16 (or more) chips which all get an update command, but I'd like them to…
I noticed that the V3P3 pin is an output and requires a ceramic capacitor to regulate the voltage for the internal logic.
I wanted to skip the need for potentiometers for the *VREF inputs and tie them to 3.3v, and saw V3P3 and thought, would that do? …

I am using DRV8823-Q1, and from the datasheet I haven't seen the read function~
Does it mean when OCP/OVP/UVP occurs,MCU will not…
Part Number: DRV8823 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8904-Q1 Hi,
in my application my pwm frequencies can't driver at higher frequencies than 500HZ and so the usual H-bridges make a high-pitched sound. Therefore I'm looking for a solution not to…
Hi Bogey,
Please have customer look into the DRV8823-Q1 and DRV8824-Q1 stepper motor driver. Let us know if there are specific question about the devices. Thank you.

Hi Team,
The customer would like to use DRV8823.
Q1: For the DRV8823, If the SPI bus is used to send the step commands, the main frequency of SPI is needed to increase at least 16 times
at…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8823-Q1 , LM5109B-Q1 Hi Team,
Do we have a half H-bridge driver with integrated FETs that is automotive grade?
Thank you,

I'm searching for a chip that can drive at least 2 DC brushed motors at 1,5A peak with SPI control (final solution will have…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8823-Q1 , DRV8823 Hello, looking through the datasheet of the DRV8823 / DRV8823-Q1, I couldn't find any information on weather the 1.8A current rating is per H-Bridge or total for the chip?
I basically need to drive…
Hi Karim
Q1. Yes. DRV8823 does not support a brake control in its own logic. Even the decay bit is set to "0", disable the channel will give coast operation.
Q2. Yes. In datasheet P10 you can find the statement.
Best regards,
