Part Number: DRV8873-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8873 Hi, expert.
I am currently working on a circuit development project and I have a question regarding the power-on sequence for the8873 motor driver. In our circuit, we have connected the sleep…
Hey Prema,
prema R said: What is the maximum current the chip DRV8873-Q1 can sustain?
For continuous operation, this will depend on the thermal limitation of the device which is affected by the PCB layout and if you're using external heatsinks. See the…
Part Number: DRV8873-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8873H-Q1EVM Hi
We are planning to use DRV8873HPWPRQ1 in our automotive project. The control i/o's would be interfaced to STM320B! microcontroller.(operated at 3.3V) We want a motor driver with…
Part Number: DRV8873 A redundant current measurement to the current mirror Iprop signals is required. Two options are being considered:
1) A current-sense shunt on OUT1/OUT2, but board space, part count, and other constraints lead us to consider option…
Part Number: DRV8873-Q1 How many seconds after the VM supply reaches 4.35V does the VM undervoltage lockout function activate?
When observing the waveform on an oscilloscope, the timing of the VM supply reaching 4.35V and the nFAULT pin going low was…
Part Number: DRV8873-Q1 Where is the output of the chip output to the fault information protection such as short circuit to ground, and how can the customer identify it?
Part Number: DRV8873SEVM Hi
I need the DRV8873SEVM schematics.
In the User Guide, exist only picture of small part of the EVM.
Pls sent me the complete schematics .
tnx, Ranny
Part Number: DRV8873 Hi Team,
1. The Nfault pin detects an abnormal waveform, the pull-up resistor is 10, and there is no other shunt leakage circuit.
2. The Disable pin has false pulses when powering on and off.

Annie
Part Number: DRV8873 Hi Team,
The customer use the DRV8873HPWPR to control a DC brushed motor.
It's controlled in PWM mode with the following configuration:
MODE = 1, nSLEEP = 1, DISABLE = 0.
The current sampling points IPROPI1 and IPROPI2 are sampled…
