Yes you can DC couple output of DS16EV5110A to input of TFP401A. DS16EV5110 expects 50-ohm termination to 3.3V and TFP401 provides this termination.

To extend cable reach above 20 m and If HDMI full compliance is not required, the DS16EV5110 may be used in repeater type application as shown in Figure 6 of the data sheet. This enables cable reach above 20m.

DS16EV5110 supports up to 2.25Gbps. Please consider DS34RT5110 but use it as equalizer only. Please note application report below discussing this:

How about if we put 10 Ohm Resistor in series with the TMDS clock pair on the input of the DS16EV5110? I suppose perhaps we can put this on the driver side. DS16EV5110 has very low input sensitivity and perhaps we can attenuate this noise.…
