That's strange. The link I posted goes to the FUSION_MFR_GUI on my system (Which is what you need. We are now on version 7.1.9). Try typing " www.ti.com/.../fusion_mfr_gui"" into your internet browser. I can see the tabs you are looking for in offline…

If this is for production work where the customer is looking to configure the controller with the settings they've decided on earlier I would recommend switching to the Fusion Manufacturing tool.
