The system will send you back the chemID results
You should have or create TI account to get the results.
If you want to download chemID updater, then you can find the updater here…
bqStudio will not typically have the latest chemistry database included when you install it.
Please download the bqStudio chemistry update .zip file from here:
www.ti.com/.../GASGAUGECHEM-SW
Use the contents to replace the files here then relaunch…

download the zip file and follow the instructions on this page to update your CHEMID database on bqStudio. I have updated mine and i can see the CHEMID 1783.
