ISO7820FDWWR & ISO7840FDWWR can definitely pass 7400 V AC for 5 seconds. Also, ISO7842 definitely passes 7400 V AC for 5 seconds. You can refer to isolation capacitor life time projection in ISO7842 datasheet at:
