    Both options should help. Option 1 will help the most; however, it requires more components than option 2. I recommend going with option 1. If your tests pass, then you can always remove the extra capacitors on the INx signals and retest.

    Hello Clemens, My apologies for not responding earlier. Yes, only muxing the SDA will work. If the part sees SCLK pulses without its address, it will ignore the I2C communications. Regards, ChrisO
