Both LM35 and LM335 have an analog output with the same transfer function. I am not sure what software compatibility is being looked at here?
There is LM135A and TMP235 as well which has the same output as LM335 but with 1 °C accuracy
Hi Rob,
Unfortunately, we do not have any other precision temperature sensor with TO-92 package. We have the LM135A thermistor in TO-46; however, the accuracy is ±2.7°C.
