I reffered Electrical Characteristics on datasheet of LM20242.
It descrived as follows - Fsw1 Max 825MHz (1.1 times of Typ 750kHz) - Fsw2 Max 325kHz (1.3 times of Typ 250kHz)

there is also one other thing: In the spreadsheet for LM20242 you can find 300ns as a min. value for the pulse width
This is a little bit confusing...
