Part Number: LM25010 I have some serious frequency jitter in the LM25010 control. Design is attached. All my prototypes (3) have the same problem. On-time matches what is set by the resistor at the Ron pin but the frequency keeps sweeping. Vin=…

Part Number: LM25010 We are operating the LM25010 at Vin=24V, Vout=3.3V, Ron=18.7k and L1=22µH. The typical output current is about 50mA. This results in a switching frequency of about 1.3MHz. The recommended switching frequency is 1MHz. Do we need…

I have attached the spread sheet, if you try to use the values in the design below, it will tell you its wrong. Maybe try this link again, it worked for me on two computers, it just takes a while to load https://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts…

The problem was caused by inproper decoupling /layout traces. The ground from the feedback divider was in the path of the load current - which compromised proper function. This part is very nice - but needs careful layout. rgds.

Thank you for using Webench Power Designer. The reason why you are unable to simulate with the WSON package is because it's pin mapping is slightly different from HTSSOP. Despite WSON which is a 10-PIN Package, HTSSOP has 14 PINs (EN for heat dissipation…
