For example, are the recommended operating conditions of the LM25018 are Vin 9-48V, Vout 1.25 -48V, etc.?

Q2 and Q3: Do not use any design equations from LM25018. LM25018 is a non-isolated buck converter. Use only the design information from the TPS55010 datasheet.
