    Hi Ivy, You may consider a LM25019 in a fly-buck topology. Please refer to https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snva611b/snva611b.pdf, which was using LM25017 but you can replace the IC with LM25019 for your 40mA load applications. Thanks, Youhao
