Part Number: LM25085A Hi, Could you tell me about reduced ripple configuration. Is R3,C1,C2 a fixed value in Excel sheet? www.ti.com/.../lm25085aquick-calc
It is different from the calculation formula of datasheet. R3,R2,C2 looks like a fixed value. Should…
Part Number: LM25085A Hi, Could you tell me about LM25085A gate resistor? Customer is trying to install gate resistor and snubbers to suppress ringing. However,There is no explanation in application note or data sheet. Is it possible to install a gate resistor…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25085 , LM25085A Hi, Could you tell me about feasibility of customer specification? Customer condition is; ・Vin=12.4 to 19.5V ・Vout=12V ・Iout=6.7A ・L=6.8uH ・Fsw(target)=600kHz ・100% Duty operate assumed Is it possible to achieve…

We’re using LM25085A to generate a 3.3V power rail to power an Ethernet reference design that requires 3.3V @ 500mA. We see the 3.3V dip below 2.7V every 40-100ms or so, which causes the voltage supervisor circuit…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25085A The schematic produced from the TI Webench Designer for the LM25085A Switching Regulator is different from its application schematic in the datasheet. Specifically, the Webench Designer schematic has mislabeled…
Hi,
I get a DC/DC converter design from WEBENCH using LM25085AMME, but it does not work accordingly. I need to step down 24Vdc to 19Vdc and output 5A, but the Vout of my circuit is same as Vin. Any idea where is the problem?

Hello,
On page 11 of the LM5085A datasheet it shows that by pulling the RT pin to ground, the power supply should shutdown the output. We are using an nFET to pull RT down. The nFET is working and when I turn it on, the line pulls to ground, but the regulator…

We designed a new project using the LM25085A regulator (as you can see in the image) using the Webench Designer. We designed a circuit with a input voltage range between 22.5V and 25.5V, output of 12V and a maximum…
Project data ( Buck ) : Vin : 24V Vout : 12V (+-2%) Iout : 5A Guys, for over a week we concentrate our forces to put the project generated by Webench to work. No charge , all wonder Vout = 12V , but with dozens of miliamper load , Vout drops drastically . I think all…
