I suspect you are hitting current limit due to noise. Suggest following the layout guidelines herein to remedy if you have not done so?

I forwarded your enquiry to the product expert. We will need to check if the LM25088 is fully enabled for inverting buck-boost operation in WEBENCH. Should be no problem for the IC.

The maximum frequency of operation is specified as 1MHz on the datasheet. WEBENCH limits the maximum frequency of operation to 525kHz. Why is this limit lower than the datasheet specification?
