Part Number: LM25101 Dear all,
I am using LM25101AMX/NOPB gate driver to drive half bridges, however due to parasitic inductances I am observing negative transients of -4V across LO pin which is damaging the drivers along with the MOSFETs.
Unfortunately…
Part Number: LM25101 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27289 , SN6501 Hi,
We found there is about 6V on HS when LM25101 is used to driver the high-side and the low-side N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck. The VDD is 10V.
It can be p ulled down to…
Part Number: LM25101 Ias there an App Note for using the LM25101 for a constant current source? I'm looking for any type of equation that relates the PWM on LI and HI to the current through the inductor and load.
Thanks for any help,
Doug
Part Number: LM25101 Just wanted a quick spec clarification. The datasheet states that peak pull up and pull down current is 3A, 2A, or 1A for versions A, B, and C respectively. Is this a per channel spec or a device total output current spec?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25101 Hi,
There is the following problem on the gate-driver of another vender.
The problem is that the High-side output doesn't fall when input pulse is narrow such as below.
The cause is filter by internal logic…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25101 Dear sir
Our customer have designed with LM25101ASDX-1 for Motor .
But status of LM25101 went NRND Last week .
Customer wpuld like to know the background of changing status of
this parts because of their new products…
Hello,
I plan to use an LM25101A gate driver in a Buckconverter application.
Is the value RD on page 5 in the data sheet to understand like a series resistor with the Bootstrap diode? Are there any min and max values for the bootstrap capacitor? I have…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25101 , LM5101 Hello
Is there no TINA simulation model available for the LM25101 gate driver?
Or is there a model for a similar device?
Best regard
Markus
Hi, James,
Welcome to e2e!
Check out the end of this d/s: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm25101.pdf
it has the footprint that you are looking for.
