Hello, you can look at LM25119 for this application. There is a TI reference design for quarter brick size below. This is the closest we have.

We don't really have any device that can do this. A dual synchronous buck might work though I'm not sure how well you will be able to control the timing of the FETs. http://www.ti.com/product/lm25119q

We do not have any dual switchers with integrated fets rated to 40V.
Our dual integrated fet switchers, like TPS55386, are only good to 28V.
