Hi Frank
I have been able to scope the power supply.
Here are some of the waveforms:
This is with 10 uF on the Vin input to the ground of the 12V source, and 1 uF from Vin to AGND on the LM25574.
An obvious problem is the amount of noise on the…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25574 , LM3478 Using Webench, for the design and subsequently building, I get very low O/P voltage.
I have +10.8V to +13.2V input and attempting to obtain -12V O/P upto 200mA. Webench recommended the LM25574 part and…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25574 Hello.
The request to prompt why Webbench for R3,R4,R5,R6 resistors (according to the scheme on the LM25574 page 8 datasheet) specifies the minimum size 0805?
Parameters of the scheme of Vin = 8-40 V, Vout…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54040A , LM25574 I need an inverting buck-boost power supply to convert 8-10 Volts in to -9 Volts out at 10-100 mA. I need to be able to sync the switcher at about 700 kHz. Board space is not a concern.
Both the TPS54040A…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25574 Dear Ti,
I had find that LM25574 the inductance from the webench simulated shows a different value from the calculated value from the datasheet. Please help to advise the accurate calculation. My requirements…
Hi Rohit,
This device's recommended switching frequency range is 50kHz - 500kHz. The LM25574 can operate from 50kHz - 1MHz.
Best Regards,

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25574 Input voltage must be between 6 to 42 volts. I need to charge the battery in trickle charge mode with 500mA. Can I use this LM25574.
Thanks
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3150 Hi,
I'd like to ask about the need of external ripple injection circuit for LM3150.
According to the attached PDF file page 14,
It saids that we need the external ripple injection circuit when the output voltage…
Hi,
I've attached the 2013 User's Guide for power products. Starting on page 53 you will find a selection of PWM controllers. many of these teh frequency can be varied according to external criteria.
As an example if you use a UC3842 it is a simple…
