Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2622 , TPS61372 Team,
I need to boost 5.0 (or 3.3) to 6.6V. The output current requirement is .2A max, but the parts I’m considering are in the .35 to .5A range. Size and efficiency are the primary constraints. The only…
Dear Zack Lui,
sorry , I did not get any email. I'm really interested in a clarification.
In the meantime I checked several topics after adding the 10uF input capacitor:
Running just the TPS61022 without LM2662 doesn't burn the TPS. When I later on…
The LM3224 is basically the same die and package as the LM2622 with some added features. As it turns out, the LM2622 datasheet has very clear ThetaJA information on page 5. Use this for your calculations.

Hello Akshay
thanks for your reply,I have read the datasheet of LM2622.
I find that the min input voltage of LM2622 is 2V,and it is not fixed for my application. In fact , I'd like to convert the input voltage of 1.5V-3V to 6V for the output voltage.so…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63060 , TPS65130 , TPS65131 , TPS65133 , LM2623 , LM2622 Hi, I am trying to figure out, with the least amount of components, an IC to use, that is able to operate from at least 1.6v/1.8v with up to 9v input and a regulated…
