Part Number: LM2660 Hi Team,
Customer are looking for design of LM2660 which been config as voltage doubler.
They plan to use MLCC for this design. However, there is no design guide in datasheet about how to select MLCC cap for LM2660 design.
Please kindly…
Part Number: LM2660 Hi expert,
Does LM2660 have any protection? (OCP, TSD and something like that..)
Datasheet does not descript about the those function. I think, LM2660 doesn't have any protection. is it correct?
Thanks
Muk
Part Number: LM2660 HI Expert,
My customer is considering Positive Voltage Doubler circuit with LM2660.
Could you please let me know the design method for following items in case of using as Positive Voltage Doubler circuit?
1. Minimum Vin requirement…
Part Number: LM2660 Hi Expert,
Customer is considering about LM2660 absolute max.
Power dissipation VSSOP (DGK) : max 500mW
Operating junction temperature : max 85C
> It is described in the Absolute Maximum Ratings section, but is this the operating…
Part Number: LM2663 Hi, customer uses the LM2663MX and is searching for a ptp alternative. May be the LM2660 would work but in his current design the pin 1 is connected GND. Woudl that work with the LM2660? Then may be the TL7660 would be a better fit?

Part Number: LM2660 Dear support member,
My customer used LM2660.
At the rise up of output voltage, the current (225 mA) greatly exceeding the rated output of 120 mAMAX flows during the rush, but is there a problem?
Also, when the power supply is started…
Part Number: LM2660 Hi
My customer evaluate LM2660 under Vin=5V, Vout=-5V.
However the inrush current is flowing 225mA.
Is this device acceptable it if the time flowing inrush current is short?
Best regards,
Yokota
Part Number: LM2663 Hi Team,
Since the LM2663 has entered EOL/last time buy, is there a direct replacement that you recommend? The LM2660 is only capable of 100mA and the design requirement is >100mA. Please let me know if there is a device that is planned…
Part Number: TPS2660 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2660 , Hi team,
In datasheet, the supply current when IQon is 400uA. What does the 400uA contain? If I want to calculate the power consumption of LM2660, does 400uA contain the power consumption on…
Hi Given,
Thank you for using E2E forums, regarding your query I was able to find LM2660 but it cannot switch that fast, but it is an inverting charge pump that can deliver negative output votlage.
Hope this helps.
